I have found that most people I encounter who are looking for the "more" of God have been living with the mindset that if we just go to church, do good things and serve well that we will "get to heaven" and that is the goal (that is thinking from the Tree of Good and Evil). The truth is that being a believer is SO much more than that!  God is eternal and has an eternal purpose and timeline for humankind.  He put each and every person on the earth at a specific time to fulfill HIS heart and HIS eternal purposes, and has specific callings for each person He created for the time they are here. 

The truth is that we are loved by Him...cherished by Him, and what He calls us to do is to rest in Him, spend time with Him, and seek Him.  Nearness to Him is primary and foundational for every believer, and it is in this place that He will help us sort through any pieces of our lives for which we may need freedom, healing or correction. ("Be still, and know that I am God." Psalm 46:10) This is living from the Tree of Life!!

God is NOT some far-away deity counting your every right and wrong. ("Love keeps no record of wrong." 1 Corinthians 13:5)   Maybe you have trust issues, trauma, have done a lot of things you regret,  and maybe you are even mad at God!  That's ok.  He is standing with open arms, ready to love on you and to show you the truth about who you are and to reveal who HE really is. 

Through Biblical truths and the leading of Holy Spirit, learn how to be free and how He created you specifically to partner with Him through this time of your life on earth.  You are worth it!!!
